Phuong-Tram Pham has been consistently negligent responding to patient messages and pre-approved prescription refill request orders. She is impossible to get ahold of and her staff and team at Kaiser Permanente La Palma Offices are never able to get ahold of her and she is rarely in office. It can take months to book an appointment with her. If she is your doctor – good luck!

I was a patient years ago. I suffered for years due to her lack of empathy and refusal to provide me with appropriate care. Very dismissive. Does not care about her patients. She always rushed me out of her office.
