dr pierre was the best when taking care of my father. he sat down and explained new diagnose to us. went above and beyond.

This doctor berated me for almost an hour. Telling me I should know better than come to rural hospital for my severe pancreas issues. He went on to say if my GI isn’t helping me, then I need to go find one who does. Anyone who has ever dealt with pancreas issues they are quite painful. He was not compassionate whatsoever and told me that he does palliative care and I’m not in any grave pain like he sees and treats. Many other things were said to me as well but I was pretty sick and didn’t get everything he said. Just things that stuck out to me the most. Bad doctor

Dr El Hachem horribly mistreated me and my family. In dealing with a situation where our entire family was impacted by Covid and we are in the process of losing our father, Dr El Hachem had zero empathy, insulted us, verbally attacked us, acted extremely unprofessional and lied to us instead of owning his error. This man has no business working in the medical field. He openly stated that this was just a job that he does for the money. Do not trust this man and if he is forced upon you, it is in your best interest to immediately ask for another doctor.

My father recently passed under the direction of Dr. ElHachem's care. He is the most compassionate doctor I have every seen and allowed my father to depart this world in dignity. Thank you
