My mother recently had a month long hospital stay for ongoing GI issues and there were many factors and unknown causes that impacted her plan of care and discharge plan. Dr. Bhatt was thorough in her communication and showed compassion throughout my mom’s stay all while providing the best care. Even when there were challenges along the way, Dr. Bhatt carefully reviewed all lab and test results before taking the next steps so that my mom was safe moving forward. She would visit my mom’s bedside to go over all results and provided all the possible treatment options for a fast and long term recovery. Dr. Bhatt even took the time to call my dad and I when we were unable to get a hold of the nurses to make sure we were kept in the loop. I am so happy that Dr. Bhatt was an integral part of my mom’s hospital stay because it lessened my worries and anxiousness. Thank you so much!
