In 2017 dr Dumas performed a carodit artery on my right side of my neck using the clip method and now 3 and a half years later I have a bugle and swollen were he performed my operation. It was a horrible experience with doctor Dumas when I had the operation, I wouldn't recommend him to operate on my dog.

He is scheduled to do a lympth biopsy for me in a few weeks. But my opinion of him so far, is that I really like him a lot. He spend time explaining things to me and was compassionate about other health issues that I am dealing with. He laughed with me and shook my hand at least 4 times. Appears to be very genuine and caring. Thank God for some great drs here and there.

Extremely good bed-side manner; very caring and concerned. Great personality and one hell of good physician. Had bypass surgery. no complications. Takes the time to listen not only to me the patient but also family.

This site does not give Dr Dumicz the credit due. So much more than the term "General Surgeon". Met him recently for a second opinion on my upcoming heart surgery. This Dr has communication skills second to none! The exam he performed found a medical problem that had no connection related to my reason for consultation, a condition that my general practitioner has overlooked for many years. This space is just to small for the details that would open your eyes to the reality of surgeons!!!!

Suffered for 10 years with AFIB. Medicine could no longer help. MAZE surgical procedure has been around for years however the medical profession will avoid performing unless already doing open heart surgery. Dr. Dumicz is one of the few trained to perform this surgery in a less invasive way. Had it done August 2015 in New Bern. Haven't felt this well in many years. I created some issues for him during surgery but he handled them with little fanfare. This is a highly skilled surgeon.

Piotr Dumicz performed a biopsy on my mother after a suspicious chest x ray. Piotr Dumicz told my mother and my family she had stage 3-4 lung cancer and there was not much that could be done. My mother saw an oncologist. The first thing she said was that she was ?not seeing anything that?s points to lung cancer. After more tests to confirm her suspicions, it was determined that she had Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. My mother went through chemotherapy and is in full remission
