I have been seeing him for a few years and he is very sensitive to my needs. I am bi-polar and sometimes medications stop working. He is always looking for something new to alleviate my symptoms, but first discusses side effects, etc and lets me make my own in formed decisions. Highly recommend!!!

Very knowledgeable abd is easy to contact. Had him for 7 years and am always impressed by his intuition, and i have been happy on the meds he prescribed. Highly recommended.

Dr. Tiwari is one of the finest psychiatrists I have worked with. He listens, remembers, explains the concepts and discusses the various treatment options. I am impressed with his diagnostic skills as well as his compassion. He is on time for the appointments, his waiting room is calm, and his support staff are professional and helpful.

Another psychiatrist with poor insight into patient's condition. Misdiagnosis of symptoms. Rarely makes eye contact with patient because he's looking at his laptop. Definitely do not recommend.

Wow, best Psychiatrist that I've ever had. I've been dealing with some private doctors and mostly a whole list of VA doctors for over 7 years trying to treat my PTSD, OCD, and GED (General Anxiety Disorder) with little success. After a few months of work with Dr. Tiwari I've been able to address nearly all of my issues. He's extremely knowledgeable and precise in his diagnosis and approach to treating mental disorders. I finally feel like my life is back on track!

If I could give a 0, I would. Never felt like he was listening to me. He often brought up disorders he thought I had and then never mentioned them again. Did not take my fears over medication he prescribed seriously, later find out from another doctor that he should have NEVER prescribed those two meds together. Changed office hours often without notice and one day, I called to make an appointment only to find out he no longer was at the office + given no further contact info. Terrible

Dr. Tiwari is compassionate and knowledgeable. He communicates with patients promptly. His office staff is also prompt. He is the best psychiatrist I have met in 20 years.
