Great Doctor!
I have seen Dr Castellanos for mild asthma and sleep apnea. He is both friendly and empathetic. Dr Castellanos takes the time to understand your concerns and fully answer any questions that you may have. He has recommendations but is never pushy. I would highly recommend him if you have any breathing difficulties.

By the book he is great. Completely lacking in bedside manner. When my mother was dying unexpectedly in his care, he announced it to us, in front of her, completely without warning. We had no preparation or knowledge that this was where her diagnosis was headed. He needs to work on setting up the family members for devastating news rather than just announcing it.

I have been suffering with a deviated septum and wanted it fix for years. Dr. Castellanos helped me to get it done. Now I can breath! I was introduced to him after having a hernia repair. The recover room staff concerned with my breathing called him and he came from his office to assist them on till I woke from the anesthesia. I now sleep better with a C-PAP machine thanks to Dr. Castellanos and he continues to monitor my wellbeing.

I would highly recommend Dr. Castellanos has a Pulmonologist. He is very competent at his job and will go the extra mile to get the job done. He is also very caring with his patients and always ensure you understand what procedure will be done.
