Dr. Pooja Varshney, MD

Dr. Varshney became a part of our son’s care team following an anaphylactic reaction at 7months old - he is now 3 years old. She has provided excellent care, prioritizing his health in treatment decisions (e.g. oral immunotherapy) and making sure our questions are continually answered. We are able to use the patient portal and on call system for additional support. Food allergies are hard, stressful, and a big shift for a family. We are fortunate to have Dr. Varshney and her team to help support us as we keep our kiddo safe and hold hope that one day, we will see him experience food freedom. Thank you DCMG Allergy!

We have been seeing Dr. Varshney for 6 years, since my daughter was a baby, for allergies and asthma. The care we have received has been thorough and had a positive impact. With careful monitoring and testing we have made progress on the allergies and my daughter is able to do everything she loves with her asthma well under control. My questions are always answered completely and respectfully. We are almost always seen on time. My daughter feels comfortable and cared for. We are very happy with her care here.

Dr. Varshney is fine, but this practice is totally ridiculous. We've been seeing Dr. Varshney since my daughter was 2 years old and she's now 7. Not once in the 5 years that we've been going here are we seen on time. Sometimes we wait over an hour from our scheduled time. Additionally, we've confirmed that her allergy is lifelong, however, they still make us come in every single year for an office visit just to fill her epi pen. They charge us hundreds of dollars to just to say "Yep! Still allergic!"..... well, duh!! Such a racket!! Beware of this place!!

During my Son’s first visit we waited long after we were asked to see in room. After 20 min intern Dr came and asked us couple of health related questions and then it took another 20 min for Dr Pooja to come once intern Dr left. No special treatment was given and I recover bill of $475 with insurance Hi-Deduct plan. I have been using his insurance for a while now but Dr.=Pooja’s office charged outrageously. No adjustment was made regardless of request.
