Rude and wait for hourd

He listens to everything you have to say and comes up with a clear path to meet your medical needs. He is a genuine, nice, caring doctor who is compassionate about all his patients. His staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Dr Tandon is treating my father for Addison’s. He is extremely knowledgeable. He spends a tremendous amount of time going over everything with Dad and myself. As a retired nurse I cannot say enough about his thoroughness! I would highly recommend him! Very happy with Dr Tandon.

After a bit of a wait, everything was great. The reason for the wait is because Dr. Tandon really takes his time with you. Goes over everything with you and answers all your questions. He is very professional. He checked my heart, ankles and legs. It was a good visit. I left happy.

Dr. Tandon is the most thorough Thyroid doctor I have been a patient of for the past 5-6 years. I wish I would have known about him years before when I started having thyroid eye problems. The doctors I went to previously did not recommend thyroid removal which caused me to almost go blind and had to have several surgeries to prevent blindness. Dr. Tandon would have had my thyroid removed right away and that would have stopped the progression of the thyroid eye disease and the double vision problems I suffer with today. I recommend Dr. Tandon to all my friends who go to other doctors. He is brilliant and keeps up with the latest medical information, where the other doctors did not. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Tandon if you live in TheVillages, Florida area.

He is a very efficient doctor and I appreciate the way he works. His staff gets all the information he needs so when he comes in he knows where to focus.

Jill was rude. Waited over 90 minutes to be seen. Jill was standing in another window talking to another coworker about her personal life. When asked a question by another one of her coworkers she told us we could wait until she was done talking and proceeded to make us wait mire then 5 minutes while she just discussed personal life. Waited over 8 months for this appointment. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone. Was told this is how this always is. Wait time are always 2 hours. But you are not told this when you check in for your appointment. We were only informed after 90 minutes if waiting. We were told we would be next but only after a room becomes available. Don't waste your time to go here.

Over 2 hour wait past my appointment time. From conversations with others in the waiting room this was normal. Finally get to the back and listened to the doctor argue with another patient in another room as he stood in the hallway. He did not introduce himself to me and turned his back to me to speak to someone else in the room. Not sure if a nurse or trainee? Spoke as if I was not even there. I tried to ask a question regarding thyroid levels and he remarked that everyone wants to blame their thyroid on their weight and my thyroid was fine. I had a total thyroid removal in 2021 and struggling to find a balance since. When I voiced that he just turned to the nurse and said she is fine, order blood work and schedule appointment in 3-4 months to check sugar levels. Yes I am diabetic but that has been well controlled. Thyroid harming levels are not. He walked out the door and so did I. I will not see him again.

Cannot get supplies needed for my mothers type 1 diabetes for over a month.

Dr. Random is the best endocrinologist I have seen. He listens to you and makes appropriate recommendations for my diabetes. In three months my A1C has gone from 7.9 to 6.3. I’m very impressed and I will be a patient of his for years to come.

Tried to make an appointment in Mount Dora office. Was told it would be a 4-5 month wait. When I requested my records so that I could go somewhere else I was sent on a wild goose chase. Call center kept disconnecting me, office staff didn't know what the heck they were doing. Totally unprofessional staff. Can't say anything about the Doctor because after the way his staff treated me I was done. A doctor is only as good as his staff & his staff was the pits.....Found a great Doctor & staff in Lake Mary. I am willing to travel for the best treatment.

I have been seeing Dr. Tandon for a number of years now. Each visit he is very thorough and allows time for you to ask questions and discuss certain aspects of your treatment. His support personnel are also very friendly and caring.

Doctor does run late sometimes but the one I had in St. Louis did also, but good doctor's are worth the wait, I know he does hospital rounds also thats fine cause it could be me in there one day, I think he always has your best interest for your health in mine, I would not see anyone else been going to him for over 3 years. Always ask you questions about your meds. family history or if you got any concerns. Doctor Tandom you spot on for my life feel very fortunate to have you in my corner.

Dr.Tandon is attentive, knowledgeable, reassuring, skillful and above all, professional! He listens to you and spends sufficient time with you. I feel reassured each time I visit

as a diabetic Pt it is very important to have a understanding and compassionate doctor. Dr Tandon takes his time with all of his patient to understand their life style and the best way to treat/diagnose you. He calls his pt's after hours and on weekends if necessary with results of blood work or just to see how they are doing if there is a concern with their will being. There is a wait to see him; BUT WORTH IT!!!

Dr. Tandon is a very knowledgeable in his area of expertise as an endocrinologist . He listens patiently, polite and respectful. Presents interest and ask questions about the details of signs, symptoms, treatments of the diagnosis, illness or disease of the patient being seen. Looks for alternative treatments in order to resolve or alíviate the clinical situation presented.

Dr. Tandon reviewed my files and asked several questions to ascertain what needed to be done. He explained his thinking, so that I understood my options clearly. He examined my feet, lungs, throat, as well as my history with diabetic treatments. I felt he listened carefully to what i had to say and took my perspective into consideration. He gave me hope that we were going to make positive progress with the course of treatment we selected.

No one ever answers the phone! Called and held for 25 minutes, Then tried calling Leesburg office…could not find my work orders. Told me my ultra sound work order was “just bloodwork”. So incompetent. Could not answer one question

long waiting room time. Dr. should take time to look over my chart to see what I'm in his office for. Hard to understand mumbling under a mask at 100mph with a heavy accent. Very long phone hold times. I'm trying to get records out of his office for 60 days now to buy life insurance. His office is holding up the process. All 5 other Drs. have managed to send in what they required. I'm looking for another endocrinologist.

Very abrupt, interrupts answers, does not analyze previous history or referral. Prescribed prescription (fludocortisone) and it made my symptoms worse. Called him, had no answers, no recommendations and said there was nothing he could do. Would, highly, NOT recommend him!
