Dr. Patel is highly educated and knows her stuff! I've been seeing her since 2014. If you are fair with her she will be fair for you. Late and no show fees really rocks healthcare and especially mental healthcare. Know that medical and mental healthcare are businesses. Would you like to not get paid because someone doesn't show or be late?

Dr. Patel has been my doctor for over 10 years. She is kind, compationate, and professional. I have and will continue to recommend her without hesitation.

I cannot believe how this woman runs her office. First, she has no qualms about making you feel bad. And then there are the countless signs about late cancellation fees. Finally, the holding of your prescriptions until you come into the office for a visit with no regard to your life or work. Very sad.
