Dr. Patel taught me the difference between rest and sleep, and the rejuvenating power of both. I was in my late 60's, when a sleep study was suggested. After my sleep patterns were discussed, and I started using the C-Pap, there was a marked difference in benefits from sleeping. I don't use my equipment fully every night (while asleep I sometimes yank the mask off), so Dr. Patel and his assistant, usually share a serious heart to heart educational session with me on the several aspects of sleep and health, that I had best understand. They are never rushed, and their sensitivities about these matters is palpable. Anyone who has Dr. Patel's team, on their team, is blessed and favored
