Just went to my first physical with Dr. Shang! Wonderful doctor, very smart, attentive, and knowledgeable. As an older patient, I was worried about switching doctors, but she made it a breeze. Very confident in the care I am receiving with Dr. Shang.

I felt like she did not have the time for me and was irritated with me when I had questions. I've seen her in the past, but only because I needed to pick a Dr for my insurance. I've now changed because of how unimportant she made me feel. Horrible bed side manner

Dr. Shang listened to my problem and had a logical solution. She was attentive and treated me with compassion. She even took the time to give me a referral for an orthopedic issue I didn’t come to see her for. Very personable and kind doctor.

I've been seeing Dr. Shang as my primary doctor for many years. I've never felt rushed during her appointments, she provides me with answers to all my questions (or ways that I can receive answers), remembers my health history, responds very promptly to messages, and has great bedside manners.
