Unhelpful Doctor
Two years Dr. Patel told me nothing is wrong with me; aside from my chronic nausea and the pain I've been having in my side... I now have blood coming out with my stool. I saw someone wrote about crying when leaving Dr. Patel offices... so have I. Multiple occasions. If you get assigned to Dr. Patel, change doctors. I have been ill for two years with chronic nausea. All Dr. Patel does is have me do blood and urine test, then tells me nothing is wrong with me. I went to the ER twice and Urgent Care once that first year I had him as a doctor. Was told to follow up with my PCP for the nausea, diarrhea, and lost of appetite. Dr. Patel still told me nothing was wrong with me. His STAFF will provide you with the service you need, not Dr. Patel himself. His STAFF got me a referral to see a GI specialist. I had to wait three months for an endoscopy and unfortunately, that GI specialist stopped talking my insurance after that. I was stuck going back to Dr. Patel. He continued to tell me not

Called today and had an extremely pushy, hostile and disrespectful black lady answer the phone. She got huffy just from my asking for information. She was dictatorial and unwilling to be helpful. Don't waste your time with this doctor. If he keeps staff like this around, the problem is likely Top - Down as it is in all organizations. YIKES! WATCHOUT!

Dr Patel lacks bedside manners & patient care very much. My 1st experience w/ him, I told him what meds I've been taking (including prozac) & he automatically judged me. "Why are you taking that? you're too young to be taking that. What Do you have boy problems?" Im 22 & Im actually fully aware of the mental health field since I majored in that. He has no idea what Ive been through or my story & he just belittled me & assumed. He may know about physical health but he's ignorant w/ mental health
