Dr. Tondapu listened and my concerns were hers. I appreciate her.

I am almost 20 weeks pregnant with hypothyroidism and it has taken almost 10 weeks to even get in. I had an appt scheduled a couple weeks ago and I get a call 3 hours before hand saying it’s cancelled. The agent said “well we gave you a call and left a voicemail last Thursday to inform you”. The only thing I received that Thursday was an appointment confirmation email!My appointment today, I wait 10 minutes for anyone to even come to the front window, then the dr comes out super aggressive and is irritated that I didn’t fill out my forms. I filled some out online and didn’t realize there were more to be done.I am told I have to pay $175 co-insurance costs but they can’t provide a detailed description of what I am paying for. My insurance does not charge copays, they receive the billing information after my visits and then they bill me the remaining 20% AFTER the fact. The dr was super argumentative and aggressive in her demeanor and we ended up walking out after arguing for 5 min.

Either Dr Tondapu has the worst office staff OR she herself screens calls from patients, I am not sure which. A referral from my PCP has yielded no call from her office. Two attempts to call her office have resulted in a virtual 3rd degree as to why I need to see her ... weird!!! I reached out to my PCP and they called her office and reported that her office flatly refused having ever heard from me ... weird!!! There is something really fishy about this provider.

My experience was not a good one. I did not get answers to any of my questions nor were her explanations thorough or easy to understand. She was training a transcriber during my appointment which I agreed to, put she spent more time telling her what to do than talking with me.

She is very well-informed, and you can tell she really cares about her patients. A really great doctor!

Go somewhere else! This is the worst Endocrinologist I have ever seen! Doesn’t care about her patients! Literally in & out in 10 mins, not personable at all, doesn’t show empathy. Go to the Diabetes & Thyroid Center of Fort Worth! Better Endocrinologist’s who actually take time with their patients and care about your well being.

I have seen this doctor a few times now and there is usually a wait but this time I was in the office for almost TWO hours without being seen or acknowledged that they were running behind. I find it incredibly rude and very unprofessional. The worse part is that the Flowermound location has a sign in the bathroom that says to RINSE OUT the urinal hats before throwing away. So the sink to clean your hands has other's urine in it. Will not go back!

20+ year Type 1 and this is possibly the worst endo I've ever been to. ZERO bedside manner, no knowledge of insurance- my A1C was at an 8.3 during my last visit with her (!!) I told her my insulin wasn't working- she didn't care. I switched doctors and within one visit was back on the insulin I preferred with an A1c of 6.1. One of the worst mistakes medically speaking that I have ever made.

DO NOT go here. After the mass on my thyroid was biopsied I had a follow up appt 2 & a half weeks later to go over results. I drove 35 min to pay $45 for my apt to have her come in the room to tell me that her nurse forgot to send my biopsy, meaning I was going to have to wait longer!! My results even state that they were received outside of reccomended testing period. Now I’m going to have to get another uncomfortable biopsy. At least this time it will be by a doctor who I trust.

Her front office needs a complete overhaul. I have been going to her for over 2 yrs with no marked improvement, It seem like she does not even reviews your chart before she sees you and she never sees you on time.

Had lost a lot of hair, felt very sick, heart palpitations, heart rate was way up. Lost a lot of weight in a short amount of time. My hormones were all below normal. After adjusting thyroid medications was still having symptoms. Let the doctor know, and was told to "diet and exercise".

Dr. Todapu is patient, explains everything in detail, goes the extra mile every visit. During past 8 months, had to contact her once about clarification on her orders outside office hours. She called right back and got everything cleared up.

worst doctor, i have ever met. seems to have to no knowledge at all.

I am very frantic about my thyroid so I was in tears seeing her trying to get some answers and imy thyroid recently went from hyper to hypo and instead of explaining he reasoning their science so I could explain she just say i will not argue with you first she told me anxiety and depression is from my thyroid now she told me need to see a psychiatrist or an MD not just the PA who I go to at my primary care. Staff is incompetent. Horrible weight time when no ones even There. Horrible place
