She is a very good doctor

She is rude and doesn't listen to her patients,which is her customer and without us she has no job!

Dr. Jami is more interested in her schedule and perception than in patients.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Jami for a bit over two years and I have had nothing but excellent experiences with her. She is always ready to explain what she’s doing and why, and makes me feel like I’m in good hands. She’s doing an excellent job of managing my disease. I can’t recommend her highly enough.

Dr Jami is very Professional and Knowledgeable. I was trying to get my Diabetes under control for years with different Endocrinologist and I finally found a Doctor who would listen to me. She worked through my hurdles and my numbers look great now. Highly recommend her.

Dr. Jami is rude and will either not let you finish what your concerns are or she will dismiss it totally. I never had a doctor in Jacksonville, FL that is as condescending as Dr. Jami.

Dr. Jami was rude and condescending. She did not listen to my concerns and seemed to find them a waste of her time. I was surprised to see that Baptist Health hired her after reading her terrible reviews from Charleston. I would not recommend her to anyone.

I have never had a physician be so condescending and dismissive. I have been her patient for a year and never really warmed up to her, but on the last visit she scolded me for taking a medication at the wrong time. Because she determined that any symptoms that I had were due to that, she wouldn't even consider any other causes of symptoms. She was incredibly rude and wouldn't discuss anything else. I will not go back to her ever again. For the record, I also called the practice and left a message with this information as well as filled out the after visit survey and no one from the office has returned my calls to address this issue.

Prescribed a bunch of unneeded medicine. Doesn’t listen, would not recommend. Adds things in notes that didn’t happen in the visit!

Dr. Jami has been my endocrinologist for the past 11 years she has always been very courteous and professional, she truly cares about her patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jami for 11 years. I was referred to Dr. Jami by Stanton Cardiology in Charleston WV. Upon arrival at Dr. Jami office I weighed 220 plus with A1C of 9 plus. Present weight 169 and A1C between 5.9 and 6.2 for past 8 years. Results speak for themselves. Dr. Jami has always been attentive, friendly, gracious and responsible. Dr. Jami is a good investigator, very observant and knowledgeable . Patient health is her main priority.

Great doctor. My one on one care in the office was always very good. Getting prescriptions called in was always a trying experience. My pharmacist at Walgreen's always had difficulty with the prescription quantities requested.

Dr. Jami has followed me for DM1 and hypothyroidism for about ten years. She has been instrumental in improving my numbers and use of an insulin pump with continuous glucose monitor. Dr Jami is an extremely knowledgeable, caring, and listens carefully to understand your health issues. She was recommended to me by a friend, and I have been her patient since 2006. Due to her understanding of drug interaction, she made recommendation on best times to take medications, such as Prilosec, in order to maximize the effectiveness of my morning thyroid medicine. Therefore, I recommended her to another friend and to my mother when they had trouble controlling their diabetes. My mother’s diabetes developed from the removal of a portion of her pancreas. Dr. Jami read the treatment papers provided by the treating hospital and prescribed my mother the only diabetic medicine that goes through the kidney instead of the pancreas.
