If looking for an ENT specialist look elsewhere. Intelligent person with poor people skills. Office staff is a disaster. Will never be a patient of his again. Stay clear if you can.

if you like to not be heard then Dr Pradhan is your guy. Mind was made up before he entered the room & asked why we were there.

Whenever attending doctors, you should typically receive some treatment that’s for the long term. Dr. Pratik Pradhan knew many ways of treatments but all of these treatments were short term and temporary, making you more dependable on whom you’re receiving these treatments from. Whenever long term solutions were suggested or wanting the doctor to consider a long term treatment solution better than mine, it was quickly denied. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone who is wanting to see solutions with results. Thank you for your time in reading this.

This is the most incompetent office I have ever been to!! They LOST all my medical insurance information!! After waiting 3 weeks for a test to be set up I find out that they were giving out a wrong number. After finally having the test Dr. Pradhan was negligent in treating me and I had to go else where to be treated taking away 5 months of my quality of life!! I would NEVER recommend Dr. Pradhan or anyone in this office due to this incompetent office!!

I am writing this for the entire ENT specialists office. I would NOT suggest using this medical facility for any type of treatment. After driving an hour and having my appointment confirmed by the office a week prior, I was told that the speech therapist refused to see me. The reason I was given was that they did not receive a referral. After checking with my primary care physician two days prior to the appointment that the referral was sent and time stamped as well as receiving confirmation of the referrals from my health insurance company, I knew this was not true. ENT Specialists has a policy that if they do not receive the referral than they will not see the patient. This is even after I signed a waiver of patient payment responsibility. Furthermore, my primary care office sent over a second copy of the referral, while I was at the office but they still refused to see me. I would highly suggest going somewhere else that shows consideration for their patients.

Prescribed me antibiotics and I got better from a persistent sore throat. Good efficient doctor. Receptionist curt on the phone. They need to address that.

he is a great Dr. he takes time listening to you. his staff works very fast and professional. no long waiting at his office. when calling his office, his staff do not make you wait too long. they are great team.
