Dr. Pravardhan Birthi, MD

It is the most unorganized place I ever been to. Was asked to arrive an hour early only to sit in WR 1.5 hours. A lot of PW asking same questions over and over I my to answer same questions again to a nurse. Quick look at me and a script for pills without a MRI. Failed to schedule MRI. There next notification system they also ignore. Expensive!!!

I went for pain management until I could get surgery due to hospital limiting surgeries cause of covid. I never had a doctor belittle me on something that wasn't even related to the actual problem. (And it's not even a actual issue) The actual problem he barely spent 2 minutes on it.

Dr. Birthi has been amazing and very supportive. My pain is finally under control and my quality of life has improved tremendously. His APRN Susan is amazing as well. This is the first time I've actually felt heard and treated accordingly. I highly recommend Dr. Birthi and his staff.

Dr. Birthi has made my pain manageable to enjoy my everyday activities. After a car accident and the effects of arthritis, I was miserable. His treatment made life enjoyable. I recommend him to all of my family and friends.

Dr Birthi is a fabulous dr and he actually cares!! I have chronic pancreatitis that I have been suffering with for over 10 years, I had tried all options from oral narcotics to a trial for a pain stimulator. I ended up having a pain pump implanted in 2018 and have not had to be admitted to the hospital for over a year and a half. Dr Birthi gave me my life back!!! I highly recommend him for any pain related problems that you can’t get relief from!

I started seeing Dr Birthi last Fall (2018) for pain management of lower back. We discussed a series of options for treatment and I believe Dr Birthi to be both honest and knowledgeable. He is very direct in his office visits, but does take the time to explain proposed procedures and answer questions at a level a lay person can understand (like me.) I would recommend Dr Birthi to my friends an will continue to use him in pain management as a way to prolong potential back surgery for ruptured lower discs.

I recommend anyone suffering from pain to see Dr. Birthi. He really cares about his patients, he listens ,is compationate, and will do his best to allieviate pain. To me it was important to find a doctor that didn't just prescribe pills. I had a SCS. put in by Dr. Birthi it has been the best decision I could have made. I am now able to do things I havent been able to do for several years. Planting garden, and flower beds, camping and I even hosted my oldest grandsons graduation. Thank You Dr

Does a very good job and has a great assistant

All this provider does is prescribe meds and do injections. He has no interest in working to find other alternatives. And once you are addicted to pain meds that he prescribed he cuts you off and offers no help to a problem he helped create. In the long run this provider did nothing but set my condition back further than it was before I saw him the first time.

Dr. Birthi is very thorough and caring. The office staff is very knowledgeable and friendly as well. I have dealt with back pain for years with no relief. The procedures he has performed have helped me immensely. His office visits are quick and to the point without feeling like just another patient . When a procedure needs to be scheduled, it is also done in a timely manor. I highly recommend Dr. Birthie for Pain Management!

Didn't feel like he listened or cared. Was told to pretend I didn't have a condition that I had. Was not happy with him at all. Would not recommend him.
