Dr. Precious Marquart, MD

I have been very pleased with the health care that I have received from Dr Marquart, her nurses, and everyone at the Jircik Medical Group. Scheduling appointments has been easy. Communication has been good and responsive through the patient portal. Onsite lab is a plus. Dr Marquart takes her time with my appointments, addresses all of my questions and concerns. I have never felt rushed through an appointment. I would highly recommend her as a PCP.

SUMMARY: THIS OFFICE WILL MAKE YOU WAIT HOURS, NOT FOLLOW THROUGH ON THE REFERRALS THEY RECOMMEND, NOT SEE YOU AND CHARGE YOU, PRESCRIBE MEDICATIONS DANGEROUS TO YOUR PREGNANCY, AND HANG UP ON YOU WHEN YOU CALL CALMLY CONCERNED ABOUT IT ALL. OH WAIT, LET ME QUOTE THE LADY’S LAST WORDS BEFORE SHE HUNG UP, “ I DON’T CARE”It doesn’t matter how great your doctors are if your office staff doesn’t communicate, doesn’t care, and are unwilling to be respectful. I’ve been in healthcare for 10 years and in customer service for 20 years…. I come to google to write happy reviews and boost businesses, but here I am today shocked and truly appalled at how awful my 2 experiences at this office were. They are the opposite of trying to help people! I am so thankful for my ability to ask questions and be concerned cause had I blindly followed this office today, I could have hurt my unborn baby. Always finds a way to make sure you're being taken care of, even if she can't see you personally. Incredible care, and will refer you to the best possible specialist if she feels your symptoms are atypical.

I’ve been with Dr. Marquart 2 years after seeing countless Primary Doctors who frankly we’re always rushed and simply didn’t listen. I absolutely trust her, she’s kind, smart, compassionate and truly listens. I see her once a month and recommend her highly. There are times that waiting is longer than usual, but what doctor isn’t anymore? It’s never been longer than 30 min, but she’s worth it!

It was rather difficult getting an appointment with her as she was just switching clinics and our original appointment got delayed a month. After we had a follow up appointment scheduled we got a call that day telling us it had to be canceled because she no longer works afternoons. I'm thinking of sending the clinic a bill for failing to cancel the appointment 24 hours ahead of time. The day we were there she did appear to listen to us and took her time, however, we were still not happy.
