Dr. Preethi Gaddam, MD

During my initial visit as a new patient with Dr. Preethi Gaddam, MD, I experienced several concerning issues: When I disclosed legal behavior following standard safety protocols, Dr. Gaddam called me 'inappropriate' in front of other staff, despite there being no written office policy against it. This public criticism was unprofessional.Despite having current LabCorp results showing medical necessity and a documented year-long history of successful treatment from another physician, Dr. Gaddam refused to continue a medication that my insurance covers. While denying continuation of my established medication with proven lab results, Dr. Gaddam instead offered me a COVID shot, despite widely documented potential side effects including cardiac complications. Dr. Gaddam's unprofessional attitude and behavior made me so uncomfortable that I had to stop the examination mid-way and leave the office

This doctor seem to not put any care into conversations with patients. I explained to her how I lost over 25lbs though diet and exercise and she abruptly stopped my to express that she couldn’t prescribe me a popular weight loss drug! I wanted recommendations or referral for a nutritionist. She furthermore seem unconcerned about my issues and follow up with on my lab work. Which indicated that I have thyroid issues. Turns out I have hashimoto

Absolutely horrendous. Never in my life have I experienced such shenanigans. I went in for a routine checkup and to address some of my medical concerns, all I needed was a couple specialist referrals and a script refill. This 'doctor' literally told me to go to the ER, +yes, the hospital because it would be "faster" for them to just get all my lab work, imaging and medication all at once there. That's NOT how it works! I seriously just needed to see a neurologist and dermatology and she acted like she had no time for me and didn't want to be bothered. I'm not sure what type of medical care she's not trying to provide but that's just it, she's not providing any care what so ever. Very rude. She also said she wasn't doing both a physical checkup AND addressing my concerns both in one day at the same visit so I had to pick which one I wanted to do and still didn't get anything done. I'll never go back and strongly urge anyone else to reconsider. Very rude. Rushed. Not helpful. Doesn't care. This was the worst medical visit I've ever experienced.

Absolutely awful. Would never go back. Incredibly rude staff and inexperienced physician.
