I usually see Dr. Jackie. She is the best. I have seen Dr. Patel in the past. She is also wonderful as well as her staff.

Do not believe any of the positive reviews. They only post the good. This office is absolutely HORRIBLE!!! I have never had such a bad primary care experience in my entire life. I would give it 0 stars if I could. They have hung up in my face countless times. Will pick up the phone and then immediately hang up, or hang up right after saying "hello". They did this to me when I had COVID as well! At the PEAK of omicron when I needed meds. Absolutely disgusting and so unprofessional. I also asked for them to get certain blood work order for me from a specialist countless times and they would keep telling me they will and never did and then told me to do it myself while I had COVID. The women on the phone are so unprofessional, nasty, and incompetent- should be fired. When I asked for her name she refused, also when I wanted to speak to a supervisor I was hung up on. The PA's also have attitude and rushed me. All they care about is money. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else..

Absolutely horrible. If your not sick or don’t need medical attention you don’t go to the doctor, right? I just lost an immediate family member and had to make an emergency trip to Florida to get their affairs and clean out the property. I’ve been here for two months just about. I called to let them know what was going on because I ran out of a specific medication that you can’t just stop and it also is not a great idea given my medical history. According to this office, that I’ve been calling for two days I need blood work done and I also need to be seen for a refill on an SSRI. They send over one medication and just say screw it for the other two. Absolutely horrible and disgusting that they would do that to somebody. I told them I would come in being that I missed an appointment because I was in Florida as soon as I got back and I gave them the date. That wasn’t good enough for them. I’m beyond disgusted with this office

Horrible doctors I asked to have papers filled out for medical transportation, they told me I was not eligible as I am legally disabled walk with a cane and have no buses for five miles from my community. They lied and said they sent the form in and actually put on the form that I should be using buses . I have had medical transport for ten years until now . They are liars and also misdiagnosed me twice, they are rude and a girl who came in didn’t know how to take my pulse or draw blood also dirty .

Office staff doesn’t handle paper work well

Good doctor and PA Terrible staff Always a problem Never polite Once I called crying from such bad strep and was given an appointment in 5 days. I had to threaten them to be seen. Now I’m at a specialist, but Patel’s office never called in the referral OR called to let me know they want me to see them first Why? So I can pay them to make a phone call? Now I’m missing work for nothing, will not get the help I need AND will have to pay the other Dr. for a cancelled appointment. Never again

Very good and caring

Dr. Priti and her staff are very unprofessional, the office is dirty, they tend to lie to patients. I was lied to and taken advantage of being forced to pay out of pocket costs and held hostage if I did not pay what they demanded. Her PA could not even draw blood and made me come back another day only to be charged again! I am self pay and they were very aware of the fact. Shame on them.

Staff was courteous, concerned, and efficient! My medical needs were met with the highest level of care, comfort, and expertise. Thank you for consistent, and unwavering quality of care! :)

My husband and I used to see her as our primary care doctor for about 2 years. We left the office lack or professionalism from doctor and front desk staff. He once needed blood work and got stuck about 2/3 by a student medical assistant. I would always prefer to see the Physician Assistant (Dr. O'Donnell) because I felt like she would listen more and not rush during the appointment.

She practice in Lindenhurst ny. My husband need paperwork filled out for job purpose,remind you he been there like 2 mos prior to do a physical. They say they can't just fill out the paperwork he would have to get his vitals check and it would $75.then they say they need to do blood work also again. They call him in for his result and bill him $75 again just to give him result. She is a crook and deserve no start.scammer

Made an appointment with Dr Patel Gave my insurance and when I went there they gave me some kind of bs story how I should pay in full and they would reimburse me when they received my insurance payment. What a waste of time and they were not very sympathetic to my illness and lost a new patient
