Dr. Patel was my doctor when i was pregnant with my first child, (2022) any questions i had she answered and made me feel at ease about delivering my son. The office staff were always very kind and sweet to me when i had an appointment. Fast forward to today (2024), my son will be two in 4 months he is a healthy baby boy. I would definitely recommend if you are in the Allen, Plano, McKinney Texas area to look into her being their doctor! (:

Snapped At
The doctor pinched me with a speculum, and I reacted, and she snapped at me. It was all I could do to fight back to years. I haven’t been to an OB/GYN since. I’m absolutely terrified. In my opinion, she should not be practicing in the way that she is. Perhaps she would be a really good surgeon.

Dr Patel was not thorough In her explanation of my situation and I felt all my questions and concerns are often not addressed and she left me apprehensive when leaving her office. I never want to see her again

She rushed me out of the visit since the office staff had forgot to check me in. She would not listen I anything I said and downplayed all of my concerns

This was not a good experience as a new patient. I was given no latitude on choosing doctors in this practice, the restrooms inside the offices were not maintained. My direct experience with the doctor was that she was not a good communicator, she kept interrupting me and did not want to listen to what the patient had to say.

Dr. Priya Sureddi Patel is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist. She relocated to North Texas early in 2019 from Shreveport, La., where she was working in private practice. She was born and raised in North Dallas and is thrilled to be returning home to care for her local community.
