Horrible office management.
Telehealth
I booked my appointment for telehealth months in advance because that’s all that was available. They called me to cancel my appointment because she was not available that day anymore and moved me to two weeks later. then as I’m logging onto our appointment, I get a phone call from a nurse saying that she will not see new patients on telehealth, I took time off work for this appointment twice that it got moved and telling me the minute before I’m scheduled to log in that you refuse to see me is so unprofessional. Poor office management. Will be finding a new Dr. and will probably have to wait months again for my appointment. I’m very disappointed

She was the worst doctor i’ve ever seen and i’ve spent 10 years seeing countless incompetent and rude doctors, but in two visits she quickly came to top the list by never once listening to me or making me feel heard. She deflated any hope I had at a better treatment. She feels like one step up from a prison doctor. Just had to deal with her because she is who my insurance covered and would see me. The most unprofessional doctor, she overbooked an 8am appointment for me (without asking if i could make this appointment), i accepted to prove how much i care about getting better. left waiting over an hour and when she comes in my face she laughs and says “You were totally right i completely forgot all about you, I was seeing other patients.”No Apology. I have a bad history with psychosis issues with my current treatment and it’s clear she doesn’t care by even questioning a reaction i had to a medication that was given by someone else. She seems overworked and frustrated with her life.

The absolute most caring and thorough doctor I have ever seen. She is a lovely human being, and stellar doctor. I went with my father who is very sick, and she spent more than an hour with us explaining everything and making sure he was getting the best course of treatment that is possible, as well checking for other possible complications. I truly wish that all doctors could be as wonderful as her.
