Dr. Purnell Kirkland, MD

Honestly, I saw a previous Doctor in Culver City that did nothing for me. Dr. Kirkland might have long waiting times, but it is only because he takes his time with every patient. He has helped me immensely with the pain and doubts I had. If you're not patient, this place might not be for you. With that said, the waiting time is worth it. He answers all of my questions and wants to know about every symptom I might have experienced. I literally bring a notebook with questions and we get through all of them. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Horrible service. I cannot believe he is still in practice. He is rude and unprofessional. My appointment was for 12:45. I got there early because I was a new patient. I did not do get out of there until after 3:00. I cannot believe the insults that came out of his mouth. I would not recommend him to anyone.

They really take good care of their patients. I had a reaction to a medication. I called them and they had me come back to the office. I was given a antidote and monitored. The wait can be long, as they have many patients. Dr. Purcell takes the time to examining and answer any questions. Staff is also well prepared to answer questions about any blood work or bone density test. Overall a good experience. Also nurse called me the next day to make sure there were no further symptoms.

Kirkland's office has no consideration for their patients. My wife is there right now and she has been waiting for two hours and they still cannot let her know when they will see her. The first time I called they hung up on me. When I called back, they told me they did not hang up on me, they tried to put me on hold (make me wait) and the phone did that. They could not even admit they mishandled the phone. You can tell how professional doctor is by how the manage their office.

I wouldn't recommend. Horrible three time and never again!

The wait times are long sometimes. But Dr Kirkland is very attentive and a good listener. He is very honest. My injections by him are not too painful.

It's the most poor service ever had. i have to go because my insurance not cover other Rheumatologist have to wait for 6 to 8 hour to see him. and only he see me 1 minute. Service to poo,r always full there are no empty space.. ..no parking.. or if you need you have to pay.. I do NOT recomed look for other one, and i for any cause you loose your appoitment $25.00 penalty even if you been in the hospital..

DESPIT THE LONG WAITING TIME, WHICH IS WORTH IT, DR. KIRKLAND IS SUCH A WONDERFUL DOCTOR. HE WAS VERY PRESENT, LISTENED TO ME ATTENTIVELY, AND EXPLAINED EVERYTHING. HE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, CARING, KIND, KNOWLEDGEABLE, AND UNDERSTANDING. HE WORKS 24/7, LITERALLY, AROUND THE CLOCK FOR HIS PATIENTS. STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND DR. KIRKLAND. HE WAS THE BEST DOCTOR I HAVE EVER HAD! =)
