If I could put NEGATIVE stars I would. She is a total charlatan and horrible md. Absolutely NO follow thru with her patients. She has her patients on many many medications..that is all she knows. She clearly gets something in return. During her exam ..she didn’t touch the patient my mother at all. She was angry and visibly upset when asked simple basic questions. DO NOT GO TO THIS WOMAN!!

I have been a patient with Dr. Reddy since 2016 and deciding to leave because of her front desk staff Carol and they started changing their codes that they were sending to the insurance in order to get paid more... can you say insurance fraud.

Was a patient for about 16-18 months. After an extended trip I contracted food poisoning. At the doctor’s office they attempted to collect for a previous non-existing office visit. I paid only for current visit, was taken to an exam room, then told the doctor, my primary care MD, would not see me! Was told go to the ER if I needed urgent care. Zero stars! Not recommended. Disappointingly unprofessional.

Dr. Reddy is an amazing doctor! My husband and I totally trust her medical knowledge and appreciate her because she treats the "whole person," not just relying on lab results but actually listening to our symptoms and how we are feeling. She's been our doctor now for years and we highly recommend her (and her office staff.) She's a "rare find!"

I like the care that Dr. Reddy provides, BUT her office staff is horrible. I was charged for something that my insurance covered, but because most insurances don't cover it I had to pay up front. I requested a refund when it was paid by my insurance. I was told that the Office Manager would have to approve it. I asked to speak the office manager twice, but was not allowed. I will not be returning to see Dr. Reddy. It has now been over a year and still no refund. Paid copay at each visit, was
