Dr. Quida Draine, MD

She left a voicemail at our facility about a peer to peer that was set up. I called her back because I am the receptionist, and that was my job. She was very rude to me because I am not the nurse practitioner, just her receptionist. She indicated that she would have asked for her specifically in the voicemail, and I let her know that our voicemails are transcribed, so they are not always accurate. She was still very rude to me and asked if our nurse practitioner was available now. I told her I would check and put her on hold, but she hung up. I got the impression that she thought she was too good to talk to me. I don't know if she's just having a bad day, but being rude and treating others like they're less is just unnecessary.

Rude, dismissive, refused to actually listen to my medical complaint. Seemed more interested in selling gym memberships than dealing with my problem. I have refused to see her again and demanded another primary care physician. She ordered an x-ray for an apparent rotator cuff problem and did not even bother to manipulate the joint to verify the parameters of the injury. The last rotator cuff injury rated an MRI. WORST physician I have ever seen.
