Dr. Quinn Hume, DO

Dr. Hume was my anesthesiologist for a surgery on 7/24/17. I expressed my concerns about my sensitivity to anesthesia, mainly that when I wake up I am very dizzy and nauseated for what seems like a full day afterwards. I provided the names of the anesthesia(s) that I knew I had problems with, and he listened intently. Upon waking up from my surgery, I had NO after effects from the anesthesia, not one bout of nausea or dizziness. Thank you so much Dr. Hume.

Dr Hume is one of the most caring and sympathic doctors. I am a very difficult patient with a severe needle/pain phobia and must use gas. Other anesthesiologists refuse to work with me. No blood work, shots, needle insertions can be done before operations - it all must be done after Dr Hume uses just enough gas for me to fall asleep. I have refused to have operations preformed if Dr Hume could not be my anesthesiologist. He has removed the fear in about 9 operations. Thank you, Dr Hume !!!
