Rushed, No personal care
Saw her for my third pregnancy, after a history of preeclampsia. Every visit was rushed. She never seemed to be interested in my history or trying to provide personalized care. Don’t see her if you expect a doctor to have decent bedside manner and take a proactive approach to your care.

Poor Bedside manner
Long time patient and overlooked the long wait times and snarky support staff for years. However, Dr Cresap’s bedside manner was so poor in a recent visit that I am going to switch providers. I was treated in such a condescending manner about a sensitive topic that I had to hold back tears. Love her NP, Casey, and wish Casey’s natural and genuine empathy was modeled by Dr Cresap, as well.

Dr. Cresap is a breath of fresh air. She was so kind and compassionate from my first visit 8 years ago. She certainly is through she is an OBGYN, but she addresses my health as a whole. The first time I saw her I believe she spent an hour with me. That explains the long wait time which is the only draw back. It is so rare to find a doctor like her; I feel like she actually still cares as opposed to being one of the many doctors that has loss their passion for practicing medicine.

Dr. Cresap has been an amazing and dedicated physician to my wife and I during the entire pregnancy, delivery and post-op care. She was alway willing to be available for questions, and to help even when she was not on call. She was very happy to work with our thoughts and concerns about delivery and VBAC, which shows her philosophy of shared decision making, rather than dictating our birth plan. I am also a physician, and would highly recommend her to all of my friends/family

While I love Dr Cresap, waiting 3 hours in an exam room in a paper gown is unacceptable. If this was a one time event I’d understand but it’s happened my last 2 annual visits. No one even came to check on me or let me know she’s be running late. I’m a healthcare professional too and if I kept my clients waiting 3 hours for a 10 minute visit I’d have no clients. I’m so sad that this will be the reason I go elsewhere.

Incredibly dedicated to her patients. She is open to any questions you have, and stops what she is doing to look you in the eye and answer. She is extremely friendly and professional, and definitely the best doctor I have ever had. I recently had a problem and needed to be seen as soon as possible, and she stayed at the office late to accommodate me.

Seems friendly, but I keep having problems with the staff not calling in prescriptions, giving me the correct prescriptions, making appointments. It's a very hard staff to work with. I feel I have been overly patience with them. They actually bill me for other people services because they have other patients with a similar name. Every time I address these issues, there is never a sorry, and they make it seem like it's my fought even with me being nice on the phone to them.
