Lack of Professionalism
My experience with Dr. Ziska was not good. She misunderstood what I said a couple of times which I found by reading After Visit Summary. When I had an infection, I had to send MyChart back and forth several times after I went to Urgent Care. It seems Nurse or MA didn't read carefully what I wrote, so I had to explain again what I sent on previous message. MA acted like a doctor and made decision like a doctor without asking or getting order from doctor. I am wondering how much Dr. Ziska involved with those communication. My last 2 appointments were cancelled without proper explanation. One of those were physical which I made months ago since it is hard to make an appointment, but canceled close to the appointment day (again, without proper explanation). I did not feel been cared.

Urgent care visit
I saw Dr Ziska at urgent care the other night and she was incredibly thorough, kind, and empathetic. She presented multiple treatment plans and was very clear with my next steps. This was one of the best urgent care trips I have had.

She's the BEST
Dr. Ziska was my PCP for many years until I had to change insurance companies. Dr. Ziska was always understanding, helpful, extremely knowledgeable, empathetic, and included me in all decisions and concerned about my well-being. When I had to switch from her and GHC I was very saddened. It was like leaving a good friend. If I can ever return to her care I will, Dr. Ziska is the BEST PCP I've ever been with, no one else comes close to her.Anyone who says different should not be believed. Period.

Dr. Ziska is very knowledgeable and dedicated. She has helped me with complex health issue that many other providers dismissed and ignored. Dr. Ziska shows that you really matter to her, and that your health is the most important concern in the examination room. She listens carefully and treats her patients with respect and care, not looking at the clock like many other providers do. She follows up with the latest research. She is very honest in her interactions. Dr. Ziska is young, but I prefer her dedication and enthusiasm to heal her patients than a jaded provider with many years of experience. I have switched 7 or more providers until I found her and really hope she does not move because she is a keeper!

I saw Dr. Ziska several times last year for a variety of symptoms that were completely physical. My symptoms were nausea, dizziness, ringing in my ears, motion sickness and migraines that all came out of nowhere. She seemed totally clueless as to what to do to help me. Every visit was extremely frustrating and hopeless. Very inexperienced and several of my appointments were canceled. No idea why.
