Dr. Rachel Bak, MD

I ve been at Kay dermatology with Dr. Bak. She is simply amazing, quick diagnose, medication, and it worked. I ve been referring patients to them and everyone is super happy. and I wouldnt agree with the previous comments about the clinic and stuff, very easy access, and very easy to schedule an apt. with.

Dr. Bak is personable but unreachable for follow up. Dr. Bak is average as far as my experience with dermatologists. I went back to Dr. Moy who is 25 miles away because substandard care is unacceptable when I'm dealing with my health. Her office staff is dramatically unprofessional. I referred a patient from my own practice early and was embarrassed.

While Dr. Bak herself seems to know 'her stuff' as a dermatologist, her staff is THE WORST. They are rude, disrespectful AND unfriendly, not just one time but each and every time I've gone there. Michelle especially gives me a hard time. Can you imagine making time to be seen by the doctor who says you must see her within a certain time, you make an appointment, go there and then you are told, NOPE, you are not in the system...not once but every single time...OMG. I told the doctor and either she did not bother to take my concerns as a patient seriously or the staff doesn't respect her..either way, I cringe every time as I am feel as if I'm a criminal going there. So uncomfortable and unhappy to go there. I have decided to cancel my remaining appointments (or wait, I'm NEVER in their system anyway!!!) and I can NOT, I will NOT recommend this office to anybody....not sure if it's because of the color of my skin or something else, but this is really really SAD...NEVER EVER AGAIN!
