Has No Empathy And No Respect For The Disabled
I was a patient of hers before she became director. She was always cancelling appointments and rescheduling. I have an unusual cancer history and she failed to run updated genetic testing on me. I then transferred to a new younger less experienced oncologist below her that gave me updated genetic testing and discovered a very serious mutation. I was having issues getting through to departments and made a complaint to patient relations so Dr. Buschbaum took that as a complaint against her and was forced to sign a contract after 1.5 years of chemo in order to continue receiving care. I am disabled and left the office in tears not understanding how someone can be that mean and heartless. I would not recommend her to my worst enemy or the Dr below her. They need emotional intelligence training and she is by no means a leader. Rub as fast as you can from this person.
