5 Star Service/1 Star for Scheduling
Waited over two months for first appointment. Dr. Casey was very attentive and listened and addressed all our concerns and left us with peace of mind and confidence we were in good hands. Trying to schedule a follow up appointment is IMPOSSIBLE. First I was told her schedule wasn't open. I waited a few weeks and called, and told it still wasn't open. Sent message and was told "Oops, sorry, next month is open, it's just booked. But we will put you on the wait list for Feb." Frustrating does not even begin to describe it.

The initial visit with Dr. Casey was positive. My daughter appreciated her bedside manner and collaborative nature in developing a treatment plan. Since then the standard of care has been abysmal. I attribute this more to office management rather than Dr. Casey, but the outcome is the same. Two weeks after a sonogram no one had contacted us with test results. I called every day for an entire week -- each time exercising the only option available -- to leave a message with the nurse. It is impossible to speak to a human unless you select an option designated for providers or hospitals. I spoke with an answering service who said the doctor would call me that afternoon. She did not. Recently my daughter had a concerning medical issue. We wanted to speak with an advice nurse to help us decide if an emergency room visit was warranted. We have called multiple times a day for 3 days. Again, we left messages with the nurse. They have not been returned. This is a poor standard of care.
