I have been seeing Dr Ciaccio for years for annual and preventative care. I am a young 70 with different needs than her baby practice. She has been EXCELLENT as a most caring physician who listens and addresses all issues. She is personable, complete, always takes the time to address all issues and gives excellent medical care. She knows and cares about her patients!!

Dr. Ciaccio is one of the best doctors I have ever had. She is friendly, bubbly, at ease and clearly knows her stuff. Every recommendation she made regarding the birth of my son ended up beautifully. The nurses constantly would say “oh, I am glad she use this medication, or glad she did XYZ”. I whole heartedly trust her and would recommend her over and over. I ended up with an emergent situation where my sons shoulder got stuck after his head came out. She managed the situation amazingly, got him out and the doctors just keep saying how amazingly healthy and strong he is. If you can, go see her!!!

Dr. Ciaccio is warm, friendly and exceptionally helpful to her patients.

Her bedside manner was unpleasant. Maybe we just found her on a bad day, but she seriously treated us with distain. My innocent (and naive) question: "Could the infection affect the baby in any way?" was met with: "Clearly you weren't listening. It's just yeast; nothing to worry about. I'll tell you when it's a problem." I was listening, but I've also been told that infections can be dangerous for babies; I'm just trying to look out for my precious baby. If you don't care about your patients, being a doctor is probably a poor career choice.

I love Dr. Ciaccio. She has gotten me through several serious health issues beautifully. However, I have been trying to get an appointment for my annual exam since April of last year. I call repeatedly to wait on hold for times upwards of 20 minutes only to be told that all the dates for appointments are taken and new ones will be release a month later. I repeat the process with no luck. I request to speak with the office manager only to be put through to her voicemail with no return call. The practice has taken on too many new patients without hiring the appropriate amount of staff or doctors to handle it. They completely disregard the patients who have been with them for over ten years. The only conclusion I can reach is that the practice is so driven by money that they don't care about their old patients. They just want to get new ones in the door and get that $$$$$. I have never been so disgusted in my life.
