Well run practice
I was seen on time. At the time of my last visit, I was recovering from an injury and required a little extra help, which the staff was quick to offer without being asked. Dr. Cooper is always warm, friendly, and calming. She's easy to talk to. The exam was completely painless.

Best OB/GYN
Every visit I have with Dr. Cooper, I feel safe and welcomed and always go in knowing Im in great hands. I truly couldnt ask for a better doctor than Dr. Cooper.

I was a new patient. My wait time in the waiting room was only about 10 minutes. I was taken back by a very friendly, knowledgeable nurse. After getting set up and told to get naked (basically), I waited about 30 minutes. A bit uncomfortable, but once Dr. Mercado-Cooper came in, she was pleasant, professional and thorough. I felt she listened and advised well.

i waited over an hour and a half (which is okay) to see her. when she got in the room there were no questions about me or how im doing ... she wanted to talk about herself the whole time and asked if i had any questions instead of doing her job as a doctor and asking me the questions to see whats going on with me.

I absolutely loved her. I was pregnant for the first time and she made me feel comfortable and educated me along the way. During my delivery she was amazing in her knowledge, her skills were superb, and her compassion and caring helped me to know I made the right choice by choosing her. She is the best ob/gyn in this area.

Dr. Cooper is an amazing doctor. She is quick with things you want her to be quick with, and explains everything in details you understand for things you need. I have never had a bad experience with her at the office or at the hospital. Absolutely love her! I will never go anywhere else.

I have never got treated so bad by a doctor. I made an appointment once I find out I was pregnant, I went 4 times and never got to meet her only the nurse. I ended up in hospital with pain and bleeding everyone was worry for me and the baby but she insisted to discharge me home with out coming to see my problem, I was in so much pain for a week and I finally was able to get in and meet her, she was mad to see and quickly send me off with nothing! Changing doctors help me and save my baby.

Dr cooper covered for my OB for my sons delivery, and while I am grateful for her abilities and that she avoided an emergency c-section, she was not very supportive. She refused to come in the room until he was crowning, and when I was expecting her to say anything encouraging, she would look at me and shake her head like I was an inconvenience to her. She was very rough stitching my episiotomy and cleaning up so to speak, then just as quickly as she arrived, she left.
