Dr. Rachel Haas, DO

Dr. Haas is a good listener, kind and professional. I will be referring my daughter to her when she needs a gynecologist.

Dr Hass is extremely thorough and helpful. She is very personable.

Dr Haas is the best doctor I have ever had. She is so friendly, welcoming and always positive. She explains everything very well without making me worry or nervous. She is a great listener too she always gives me all the time I want to explain how I feel and what’s going on. She is so caring that sometimes it feels like a friend or a family. I feel so lucky to have her as my doctor. I am a person who worry too much and has trust issues but with doctor Haas I do trust her and I feel comfortable with her. even tho during my first pregnancy it did not go as planed but it was not her fault, things don’t always work as planned and I’m continuing to be her patient during my second pregnancy as well because she is the BEST. I would highly recommend her !

Love Dr. Haas & her staff. No matter what I call about her phone girl puts me at easy & can turn a awkward conversation into a chat I would have with a good friend. Her nurse is so sweet & compassionate and Dr. Haas never makes me feel rushed or stupid for asking questions. I recommend her to all of my friends & family.

She is caring and is so thorough. The appointment is just an detailed as going to my PCP.....she is very professional and friendly.

The absolute best OBGYN I've ever had. I've had severe anxiety in the past and she's always put my mind at ease. From explaining everything to me, to her one on one personal phone calls after receiving some not so happy news, just to check on how I'm feeling. She has gone above and beyond.

I wish i would’ve switched doctors in the beginning of my pregnancy. I had so many issues with even getting an appointment in the first place. Ever since then, you can just tell that no one in that office cares about you. They don’t listen to your problems or concerns and say everything is “normal.” I wish they could understand the pain i go through on a daily basis at work but they don’t. All they do is get to sit on their butts all day and i get no more than a 20 minute break even with having swollen ankles all day. She says to take care of yourself but it’s literally impossible when no one wants to help you do that and does not listen to your concerns about your body. If I’m stressing, MY BABY IS STRESSING. Do not recommend

I spoke to Carey (her assistant) on the phone and I have a past due amount from Promedica. She said she will call me back to see if Dr. Haas will take me and see if we can do a payment arrangement. When Carey called me back she said that Dr. Haas will not be taking me and never said anything about a payment arrangement. This was really rude especially this is my first time being pregnant and she doesn’t want to take me because of a balance from a couple of years ago and has nothing to do with my pregnancy. Very rude people. I was referred from a doctor to Dr. Haas also. I told the doctor what happened and he was surprised that Dr. Haas denied me just because of a balance. She clearly doesn’t care about patients and their future new born (but she’s in the “Professional Field”). All she care about was my balance. Even making a payment arrangement wasn’t an option. All Dr. Haas cares/cared about is money that is due. I thought lives matter more than money, but apparently not Dr. Haas.
