Dr. Rachel Hoyal, DPM

I absolutely love her! I was greeted with warmth and a big smile. She was thorough and able to think outside the box. An uncommon trait in a healthcare provider. Such a breath of fresh air after many months of mediocre care!

She has great bedside manner and did an amazing job on my shattered ankle! Very caring!!

Dr. Hoyal is an excellent doctor. She explains everything in detail. She is also compassionate and understanding as well as truthful. Dr. Hoyal is top notch in her field. I trust her with my all of my Podiatric needs. I am lucky to have discovered her. I would and have recommended her to all of my friends.

I had the absolute best experiences and outcome with both service at the office and surgery from Dr. Rachel Hoyal. I visiited her Healdsburg office and had great experiences every time. I was never left hanging or wondering about my surgery. she gave me her cell phone and I used that number on several occasions with very positive results. I highly recommend Rachel for foot surgery. Yes - she is adorable, funny and fun to visit during appointments. My surgery on both feet was a success .

Her bedside matter is great, however her staff is horrid. Waste of time as in 6 months to get on surgery schedule & even a 2 month wait for 1st. Receptionsi says 1/2 hr booked & not to come, to reschedule--then her scheduler claims I had 1hr & didn't show at all, an outright lie, then cancels my surgery just 3 wks prior, refuses to reschedule me even when I explain my home burned down & now claiming won't take my new insurance that I already confirmed they take, even hung up on me. Dreadful.

Going to see Dr Ralph Hoyal or Dr Rachel Hoyal is always a pleasant experience. Dr Rachel is very knowledgeable in her field. If it wasn't for her in 2011 I probably wouldn't of got full use of my left foot back. Was told by another's doc that it would heal itself. Dr Rachel saw that I actually had a torn tendon. She did a tendon transplant. She has even helped with my daughter. The only one who can clip my daughter's toe nails is Dr Rachel. I really think sometimes Rachel has the patience Angel

Several people referred Dr Hoyal to me. Highly recommend you find someone else. Below are the facts of my time with her: Saw her December 18th, waited 35 minutes, saw me for 10 minutes Saw her in March, waited 40 minutes, saw me for 5 minutes Scheduled an MRI for me, told me to call for results, did 2x. Never got a call back. 3 weeks went by. Called again, her office told me to call her cell. She called and told me I should have schedule office appt. 2 visits, X-ray, MRI. No relief.
