Dr. Rachel Kruspe, MD

I was concerned when I was informed that Dr. Kruspe was no longer seeing patients in the office. I don’t think I have ever had better care. I was referred to Dr. Ali Hachem and any concerns I may have had with the change vanished. In fact I have never had anything but wonderful treatment from the entire staff.

I have been under Dr. Kruspe's care for over a year now and can't say enough good things about her care and 'bed-side manor', as well as, her ability to explain a diagnosis (in laymen's terms) so that I can understand it.

I have to go in every six months or so for iron infusions. The staff is fantastic, and the nurses are always incredibly friendly, efficient, and capable of dealing with my uncooperative veins. I rarely have to wait long for an appointment. Dr Kruspe and her staff have always been attentive, asking questions without rushing through the process and making sure my questions are answered as well, but still efficient enough that I'm not there all day.The only down side is that billing can be confusing at times. If I have a question, nobody ever answers emails about it, and if someone will call me back at all, it's often someone who knows very little about the process, who sends me to an entirely different number for help. This last time, there was an issue with my preapproval, and they didn't tell me until I was already in the office for my appointment. I ended up paying over $400 on the spot because I didn't know ahead of time that there was an issue.

Doctor Rachel Kruspe is by far the best hemotolgist anyone could ever encounter! She saved my life twice. She answers all of my questions. When I leave a message, I get an answer that day or the next. I will never go to another hemotolgist!

When at the office for a scheduled appointment, the wait has never been excessive. The staff are friendly, but professional and do their best to put me at ease.

My visit was quick but always thorough and all the information I needed to help me stay healthier. Always kind and caring!

I had issues with my hormone therapy and they listened to my issues and provided several alternative options. They have also promptly respond to my concerns when I contact them by phone. Dr. Kruspe and here team have always provided kind, companionate care.
