Dr. Rachel Labovitz, MD

My husband and I both see Dr Labovitz and she is so attentive and thorough. She has done several Telehealth appts with us as well. We just love her and her staff.

Although she presents as a kind person, I don't feel that Dr. Labovitz is detail oriented or willing to do research regarding symptoms or flagged lab results. Several of my blood test results have not been normal for quite some time and each time I ask about them she just shrugs her shoulders. My thyroid continues to be within what is considered 'normal' range but TSH is almost at the bottom of the range. That evidently is 'good enough' for her. White blood count has also been high for more than a year with no hint of concern of this by Dr. Labovitz. Triglycerides have doubled, no concern. I'll be moving on to a new doctor.

I have 100% faith in Dr. Labovitz having a sincere interest in trying to help me solve any medical issue I may have. She listens, thinks outside the box, is responsive, proactive, and her team executes well. After having many GP's over the years, I recognize Dr. Labovitz is fantastic!

She will not listen to me. I told her what I was experiencing and she said that was not correct. I KNOW what I'm experiencing. In the past I have brought up concerns and questions which she either glosses over or ignores completely. She has actually shrugged her shoulders when I have brought up issues. I almost feel I'd be better off googleing my symptoms. I'd get better healthcare.

Dr. Labovitz has been my primary care physician since I moved to this region almost two years ago. I have found her to be very personable and professional, and she has recommended other similarly excellent specialists to me whenever I needed them. Dr. Labovitz clearly cares about me and my long term health, and gives me as much time as I need during my appointments. She also follows up on things about which we have each committed. She consistently stimulates my interest in caring for myself and suggests and promotes medical alternatives that support this approach. I highly recommend Dr. Labovitz without reservation.

Dr. Labovitz is one of the most empathetic and caring doctors I have ever visited. She shows genuine interest in her patients. She is very prompt time wise and takes the necessary time with her patient. I highly recommend her. Her nurse, Madison is very efficient and pleasant to work with.

I'd give her zero stars if I could. I was not impressed at all. I asked her to try and decrease my medications, came out with a ton more prescribed that weren't useful. Run away!!!

Dr. Labovitz was one of the most caring MD I've come across in a while she takes the time to listen to what is being said. She is no longer my physician she and her family moved to Tennessee. But if you ever read this Dr. Labovitz and you may not remember me but I would like to say thankyou you gave me some encouraging words regarding my Breast CA and treatment. Vary caring doctor who I would recommend to anyone. She is a good listener and willing to spend extra time in visits if needed

Dr. Labovitz is very caring and concerned about my families care. She is very concerned about getting the best diagnosis and ensures that all medicines are reviewed and working together - not causing more problems. She listens and provides clear, direct instructions on what is needed to do to improve our health.

She is very direct, doesn't listen to you, degrading, lacks respect towards the patient and rude. I do not recommend this physician.

Hard to get scheduled appointment. The doctor doesn't listen, spend time with patient, nor is she friendly. I would not recommend this doctor.
