Ineffective
Dr. Rachel Mitchell once told me she is only good for something like the common cold. If your doctor cannot listen to you and direct you to the appropriate care, then it is not a good doctor. What if you had a complication with the common cold? I doubt she would be helpful. What if you are someone with long covid symptoms? I'd recommend finding someone else, because you need someone who listens. Dr. Mitchell did not listen to my concerns regarding pain I was experiencing. She pushed medication for an unsubstantiated diagnosis she made, and would not provide me the recommendation I was requesting. Luckily I had other providers that listened to me and told me what I was able to describe did not align with her evaluations. One recommended finding a new primary care physician based on what I described. I'm so glad I went elsewhere. My concern went on unnecessarily longer than it should have. She often seemed flustered and impatient.

We all deserve doctors who make our well-being a priority. Rachel Mitchell refused to listen to my concerns, kept pushing acid blockers (etc), and wouldn't sign off for a specialist. After seeing the amazing & compassionate specialists at Ogden Clinic, I discovered I have stage 3 kidney disease, peptic ulcers, a severely infected common bile duct & pancreatitis. If this is already happening to you, drop Rachel Mitchell immediately & go find real help! Your life may be at risk. <3 Take control.
