Dr. Rachel Patel, MD

Dr. Patel has been phenomenal, she is extremely kind, caring, and truly listens. She saved my life when I wasn’t receiving help from other er’s and doctors a few years ago and immediately knew something was very wrong and had me admitted to the hospital. I have been going to her ever since!

TERRIBLE DR!!!!!!!!!! TRIES TO SAY EVERY SYMPTOM IS ANXIETY EVEN WHEN THE PATIENT IS VERY SICK AND THERE IS PROOF OF THAT. SHE IS THE TYPE OF DOCTOR (SHE SHOULD NOT BE A DOCTOR) WHO CRUSHES PATIENTS, MAKE THEM FEEL TERRIBLE AND EVEN CAUSE DEPRESSION, SHE SHOULD BE FIRED

She is so nice and friendly. I felt like she really tried to hear me and help me as best as she can. And the front desk people have been really friendly at her office

Dr. Patel seems knowledgeable, listens well, and has good energy. She has been my PCP for a year.

I was a regular patient and she seemed very nice. I called the office complaining about loss of vision with headaches and was told that it was probably just stress and that I could see a specialist “if I wanted.” No referral, no check up, nothing. Thankfully I trusted my gut to go somewhere else because not even a month later I was in brain surgery at the Cleveland Clinic for a stent placement in my brain. They said if I would have waited much longer I would have permanently lost my vision. I understand mental and physical health go hand in hand, but you can’t reduce your patients to just the label they have on them. Just because I have anxiety, didn’t mean I didn’t need help. Needless to say, not going back.
