Dr. Rachel Solomon, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Solomon’s for about six years. In the beginning I just needed yearly physicals. In the last year I was diagnosed with a serious health problem. Dr. Solomon helped me find the appropriate medical team and has supported me every step of the way. She is caring, compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her. Her staff has been great as well.

Dr. Solomon is an excellent primary care physician. She listens very well and responds in kind. I do think that Advent Health could do better. Office staff seems to change constantly.

I went to medical school with Dr. Solomon. She was friendly, very smart, and a hard worker. I’m not surprised she’s an excellent physician!

I have been seeing Dr. Solomon for a few years now. She is always helpful, kind and listens to your needs. My husband also sees her, and we've been very happy with her care.

When I went to Dr. Solomon she seem to be a good listener. I told her all my symptoms and that I was having issues sleeping. I was desperate at this point because I wasn’t sleeping well. She suggested an antidepressant. I told her I was not depressed and kept explaining that to her. The prescription that she gave me ended up being for depression and made me violently ill. She seriously misdiagnosed me . I would never recommend her to anyone. I went to my gynecologist and they gave me progesterone cream and I was fine.

Staff send wrong amount to mail order for medications. They say they will mail me something and I never receive it. Multiple calls do not help! Now switching to new internist and have been waiting over 2 1/2 months to get records faxed to new doctor!

I would never recommend Dr Solomon. I was really sick and could not get in to see her. They kept telling me there was no openings. After 12 days of trying, I finally got in to see her. By that time, I had pneumonia. I will not go back to that office.

Dr. Solomon always takes time to listen and understand problems a patient is experiencing. She is very easy to talk to and offers options to different treatments, when available. I have 100% confidence that she will work with me to solve any medical issues that come up.

I'm a new patient with several medical issues to consider and I found that Dr. Solomon listened intently, made some recommendations that my previous PCP did not. She worked me in for an urgent need only one week after my first visit. She quickly got an appointment with a specialist and adjusted my meds immediately. I am very satisfied with her credentials, her rapport with me as a new patient, her pro-active testing and recommendations, and her quick response to my urgent needs. The offices are clean, comfortable, professional and staff is kind, considerate, and professional too. I would highly recommend her and this office.

Dr. Solomon has been very responsive to my medical needs. She has been extremely helpful in my effort to control my high blood pressure and kidney function.
