I waited 2 hours 5 minutes to be seen on 1st appt I need treatment for painful psoriatic arthritis/psoriasis & plantarfasciitis She never physically examined me Just referred me to UAMS who denied me 4 weeks later because they're short staffed & overbooked Her bedside manner is terrible & she treated me as if my problems did not matter Terrible bedside manner & overbooked I would never recommend this place to anyone especially for children It felt like a free clinic in a bad neighborhood

I have three young boys, and Dr. White was their pediatrician for many years. I'm pleased with the care and service she provided, and I've never had any issues. I would recommend her to anyone I know.

Dr. White came into room, left door open, stood by counter, diagnosed with out talking to me. She wanted to change blood pressure medication (been on for years). Complaint on paper cough x 2 weeks and ear pressure. I refused to change my current blood pressure medication, Dr. White listened to my chest and looked into ears. Was told I had an ear infection, put on a z-pack and to come back in a week if I was still coughing. After 48hrs ended up in emergent care, treated for Bronchitis.
