I love Dr Shelton! Even though I’ve been told for years that my anemia is due to my kidneys (and now I’m in ESRD), she’s always looking to make sure nothing else is going on so that she can fix me. She’s very sweet and very attentive. She follows through with her patients even to check-out.

My mother has multiple myeloma and we have spent many hours, days, weeks at UAB under the care of Dr. Shelton. She is always so caring and informative. Now, my mother is getting sick again and they only part about this that gives me peace of mind is that Dr. Shelton will be there guiding us through.
