Dr. Radhika Mathur, MD

This was my initial appointment with Dr. Mathur to establish myself as a new patient. She was welcoming and listened as I addressed all my concerns . Dr. Mathur took time to review and inquire about my medical and personal history as well as medications and labs. What really made me feel like I was in going to be in good hands is that Dr. Mathur sat down in front of me the whole time like a friend might do .

Dr. Mathur and the friendly staff made me feel very welcome and comfortable, making it easy to ask questions. She reviewed my medications and made recommendations and referrals.

Dr. Marthur office is one the worse experiences I have had with a medical office. This is really saying something as I have 2 chronic health conidiations, one since childhood and have seen DOZENS of doctors. While my actual interactions with Dr. Mathur were brief, her office and support staff was entirely unhelpful and flat out rude at times. Both the medical side and the billing side did a lot a patient blaming. If you have complex health conditions and want to be a partner in your healthcare and healing this is NOT the office for you. They claim to be in network with my insurance but this was misleading and deceptive. They did not like questions or providing anything but the most basic of information. When I questioned an extreme dosage change of thyroid medication I was told by Dr. Mathur’s MA and the office manager that I wasn’t allowed to question the doctor’s recommendation & I could find new doctor if I wanted a different dosage. I also had issues getting a pain med refill.

I'm very pleased to have Dr. Mathur as my personal physician. She's a first rate clinician with excellent communication and educational skills. I'd certainly recommend her to family, friends or anyone seeking the highest quality care available.

Dr. Mathur is the best doctor I have ever had!!! She listens and is very compassionate. Her follow up is impeccable! I have never felt as safe while under her care!

It was my general yearly physical and as always Dr. Mathur was quick and KNEW who I was. That is great in a doctor these days. I really like Dr. Mathur and the nurses and staff at this office.

My visit to the doctor was doing the pandemic . When I got to the office my temperature was taken by the receptionist at the front office. There was no wait.when the doctors nurse called me in she took my temperature again.I Dr Mathur took care of my needs went over my medicines and I was out in no time

I love her unhurried attention. I always feel comfortable verbalizing my health needs and questions. My tests results are reported promptly

Dr. Mathur is amazing, she takes the time to listen at each and every appointment. She never disregards my input and/or concerns. I have been very pleased with her care and thoughtful approach over the last 9 years. I had to transition to her as my PCP had retired from the practice; I couldn't be more pleased with her as a provider. I also want to recognize her supporting team of Nursing Staff; they are amazing and really set the tone for comfortable appointment. I HIGHLY recommend this group of caretakers.

Dr. Mathur is an outstanding physician. She is easy to talk to and a great listener. She is not quickly to place you on meds. I love her holistic approach to some things. I pray she never relocate out of state.

She is professional and very understanding as to what the patient needs. Dr. Mathur goes above and beyond what is expected from a provider. Her concern about the patient is genuine and she shows it in how you are treated. I will recommend her to anyone with confidence in her abilities. I am grateful to have found such a caring physician.

Dr Mathur is always pleasnt to talk to and she listens to what you have to say. Even if you ( I ) describe an ailment in a funny way. She is very knowledgable and tells you whether she believes taking or not taking something would be worth it or not She doesn't make the appointment feel awkward but makes you feel comfortable throught the whole visit The ladies at front desk are pretty thorough about getting important info needed to make visit go smoothly. Especially Pat. She greets you even before you get up to the desk and gets things done quickly and smoothly without error. I love seeing her there and hope to see her there again (Only if I have to lol. At my visits)

I would definitely recommend Dr. Mathur. My last visit was by phone, but Dr. Mathur always answers any questions I might have.
