Dr. Radu Constantine, MD

Dr. Constantine is VERY thorough! He was able to find and treat conditions for me and my husband that no other doctor did. We were so very impressed with him and hate that Dr. Constantine is no longer in our area. We miss him so much.

Dr. Constantine saved my life more than once..I looked and seen many Dr's in my state to no avail..My operation was to complicated for norm..but Dr. Constantine never doubted he could do it..He did..I'm alive today because of him and I just celebrated my grandsons 1st Birthday on the 19th which would of never been possible if it wasn't for this dr..he goes above and beyond.. he truly cares for his patients and he loves what he does..Thank you for saving me I will never forget you no matter where you move..Sincerely Misty Gregory.

have not ever had an appt. directly on time (was here) dr. listened to us examined - a complete explanation of what he would do and if things did not go good - what he would do there were no questions he knew what to do just a great feeling i was in good hands

Dr. Constantine and his staff are beyond reproach in the area of proficiency in the removal of gall bladder surgery. My needs were of an immediate action. The hospital doctors recommended Dr. Constantine as the best they knew of. Upon contacting the Doctor's office and the short conversation between the Doctor and I, the Doctors staff had me from my hospital room to the surgery room in the time span of less than 3-4 minutes. Within about 45 minutes later I was returned to my hospital room with mission completed. I have yet to feel any pain, nausea, drowsiness, or anything associated with a surgery. My follow-up visit with Dr. Constantine was extremely Professional. My recommendation for Dr. Constantine is simply this; if I ever require surgery again in my life, or any of my family, I will seek out this Surgeon if he could be located.

I walked in I felt so lost and in despair trying find a Dr to help me. Dr. Constantine was sweet, they called me back and I seen Willie Nelson photo hanging. I laughed caused my dad loves Willie Nelson I waited not even 5 minutes in the waiting room and in the room room.Dr. Constantine came in with a smile and introduced himself..I told him I'm going to drs left and right, MRIs , MRCPs and blood work every month for 7 months because I had a stone in my bile duct. One dr from Dothan tried but failed because the ERCP would go through because of the VBG i had in 2000. I literally lost all hope and i didnt want to go to Birmingham but Dr. Constantine assured me he can do the surgery. He drew out what the problem was and explain thoroughly of what his plans were in detailed answered every question that i had for 7 months.instead of leaving a drs office crying..i left with a huge smile, confidence in my Dr. And Hope and that's a big deal after what I've been through. Undoubtly the best..

I am very satisfied with the care I received from Dr. Constantine. He took care of my ulcer, and I have had no problems from it since.

Didn’t have to wait but 5 minutes before I was called back. The staff was very kind and helpful. Dr Constantine took me to surgery the next day and fixed the problem. He has a good bedside manner and likes to joke around. I certainly would recommend him to other people.

Dr. Constantine has been my doctor for several years now and he got "Top Doc" this year for a reason. He is the best! He takes time with his patients and cares about them. We are not just a number to him, he really cares and listens and is so easy to talk to. He has not given up on me and keeps finding ways to help me. I appreciate him more than I could ever say and I am so thankful for him.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Constantine and his entire staff. I recently had a hernia procedure and he did a fine, professional job. The office staff is very friendly and professional as well. I will definitely be going back if the need ever arises again.

I was having some blood in my stool, Dr. Constantine made me feel comfortable and listen to all I had to say concerning my problem, He was very attentive and concern, when I left his office/appointment I had a since of assurance that he was gona do all he could to help resolve my health issue and he did just that. Dr. Constantine treated me when I was hospitalized for COVID pneumonia and I developed a perforated colon. He performed emergency surgery and he was excellent in every manner. He explained every detail to my children who had to communicate over the phone since I was not allowed visitors. Every office visit following He was very informative and took his time explaining everything.

Dr.Constantine is an amazing doctor!!! He never made me feel scared nor nervous about anything!! I had two of my fingers cut up really bad from meat slicer my surgery went really quick he talked me threw whole thing no pain what’s so ever!! I never heard of him until my trip to hospital but I recommend him again an also to anyone

I would highly recommend this doctor for anyone needing surgery, especially laparoscopic surgery. He was very thorough in explaining what procedure he was going to take and what options were available. He took a lot of time with us and did not seem to be rushing to get to another patient. I appreciated his exceptional ability. Performed hiatel hernia surgery and felt better almost immediately.

Dr. Constantine cared for me during an emergency room visit requiring surgery. He was clear in his explanations, an obvious professional, but yet caring. His follow ups were timely, and he was willing to spend plenty of time answering questions and concerns. Ozark, Alabama is not home territory for me, but when it comes to medical issues, I wish it were based on the care I received.
