One of the best
I was under the care of Dr Gracia for a long time when he was at DMH Brockton multiservice Center I never received better care He got me to the point where I was able to get meaningful employment, he combined daily task with treatment His love for cooking, I still use today Along with shaving techniques to a 60 year old man We had a very positive doctor patient relationship unlike any Doctor I have ever had And I would give anything to be back under his care

I am a client of Dr. Gracia and the P.A.C.T. treatment team. I've been Dr. Gracia's client for 2 years and a client of P.A.C.T for 12 ys. I am diagnosed with bipolar and PTSD. Currently I'm being treated by a visiting nurse. As of March 11, 2017. The PACT team and Dr. Gracia haven't been communicating with me or my nurse about my medication I was prescribed and injected with last Monday. I fair well on the medicine and need another injection 03/13/17. I am scared & confused with how I'm treated.
