Patty the front desk lady is rude to the core and will never actually let you leave a voicemail or message for the doctor. I have had some financial issues and could not afford the ride to my appointment and was told in the beginning that I could do video visits. She then called and said no that’s not gunna work, my circumstances didn’t matter to them but probably mostly patty I will never go back there because the customer service is awful when you are dealing with someone like that. Patty is an old miserable person that feeds her negativity into the lives of patients just trying to get help, No compassion and will look into filing a complaint if possible. Zero stars if possible

This office is very bad I was sent there for long term pain care and given buprenorphine and they have me listed as opiate dependent I have never been opiate dependent and when I ask questions I am told I am only there to fill script. If I say I'm dizzy or have any other questions they say they can not answer them because it is not related to buprenorphine what doctor office does that what if my problem is related to my medicine horrible nurse Niko! And staff Dr is using us like a cash register without helping also I never write reviews but this is important because I thought something was terribly wrong and told me to go to another Dr they only prescribe me my pills nothing else no questions hope this helps you pick a new doctor I am looking now.

This Doctor is a Quack. He is unfamiliar with all of the latest papers on Detox medicine, and tried to detox me, a patient on a drug you can die from in withdrawal, Benzodiazapines, I was on it for 35 years, it's taken me 6 months to detox down 66%, I get referred to this doctor and he wants to detox the final 33% in 5 days!!!! He almost killed me, I ended up in Atrial Fibrillation, which means ER, they put you under, stop and restart your heart into a normal Rythmn. Just stay away from this doctor, I know more about the published papers on Benzos than he does and I'm not a doctor. Thanks

I'm the wife of the over 70 yr old patient. Dr. Penunuri was gracious and kind and interested and thoughtful and I can't say enough good about him AND his new staff!! VERY helpful and kind and professional. Everything was great. prompt, (we had an appt - received immediately and began intake. ) Thrilled to have had the opportunity to be cared for by this team. I'm recommending Dr. Penunuri and his staff to everyone! A true professional!

Dr. Penn is a amazing Dr. he has a vast knowledge in depression, chemical dependency and gleaner all health conditions. My family and myself have been patients for over 25 yers

While Dr. P is a great Doctor, the same cannot be said for his office staff. They are rude, unprofessional(Hippa violations from loud conversations about patients), and need to be better trained in their jobs. Make sure you check your claims with your insurance to see what you should actually be paying as a co-pay.

Dr Penunuri is wonderful! Attention to detail, listens and is a marvelous diagnostician. That said, his office staff, manager are Horrendous! After 14 years, I just could not justify going there any longer. The manager is rude, petty and not interested in client services.

The office is horrible!! Never returns my calls impossible to work with. I have to drive there and show up to schedule an appointment. I am switching to a new doctor I am beyond fed up.
