Dr. Rafael Seminario, MD

I was a patient of Dr. Seminario for long time when I lived in Florida. I was under his care from 1993 to 2006 when I left Florida to move up north. He is the best doctor whose kindness and compassion meant a lot to me during those years. I feel that he is in a class of doctors that you do not see anymore. He always had a smile and a warm greeting for me when, we had our sessions. I highly recommend him. He is among the type of doctor who truly cares about his patient's well-being, this is from my experience with him during those 13 years. God Bless Him. He is truly a good man with a kind heart and nature.

Dr Seminario is a fantastic doctor he has helped me out a lot I would recommend him to anybody

I WAS a patient of Dr. Semenarios for 15 years until I saw a side of him I didnt like. I needed to discuss with him a decision he made concerning another medical decision. I found out I was an "addict," had been hospitalized due to and OD, and wasn't seeing him for the reason I thought I was. WOW! I was blown away. I am NOT an addict, I have never ODd, and this entire time I was supposed to be seeing him for pain and not specifically for Bipolar. He wouldn't listen, discuss, or hear me.

He is very kind and professional. He is knowledgeable and willing to try different medications if what you're on isn't working. He listens. I have recommended him to several people who have also felt he is very caring.

Dr. Seminario is a pleasant person with good intentions but slow reacting when immediate intervention is at hand. My mother almost died two times due to this. First time, the office did not want to make time to see my mother for her initial appointment, mom had been out of medications because she was in between doctors. Result was a suicide attempt. The second time Dr. Seminario didn't see the urgency when mom displayed symptoms of mania. She was hospitalized for 2mo. and has never been the same
