I had 2 bad experiences with Dr Lamos. More recently I had a reaction to the Moderna Covid vaccine. She diagnosed it as anxiety based, "being faint at the sight of blood." There was no blood. She argued there was some unconscious thought that caused anxiety, causing the reaction. 3 other doctors all indicated the reaction was definitively allergic, and taking the second dose was very dangerous. She then produced the criteria for her diagnosis, & strangely the deciding point indicated definitively that my reaction was anaphylactic and not anxiety based. She sent another infectious disease specialist from the practice to call me to persuade me to take a second dose. To quote one doctor, not everyone lives through an anaphylactic reaction. I am suspected Covid recovered and have no co-morbidities. Be careful here...

Dr. Lamos took care of my 95 y/o Mom as part of her lengthy recovery from two fractured femurs. She is skilled, capable, and kind. She has a wonderful bedside manner. She is thorough. I cannot imagine that you could be in better hands that you will be if you see Dr. Lamos.
