Staff and Doctor Very Easy to Interact With...
Attended a follow-up visit with my husband as a patient. Dr. Syed was informative, insightful, listened intently and answered all of our questions. Additionally, did not make my husband or I feel uncomfortable asking any questions at all. We left satisfied knowing that all symptoms were acknowledged and addressed in a way that we understood the present treatment and possible future issues.

Second Opinion and Education
I had been diagnosed with a kidney disorder when I was young. As an adult, my last nephrologist had prescribed me meds, but I never felt like I understood if/how the meds were helping. I didn’t feel like she gave me the time to ask questions and answer them thoroughly, so I wanted a second opinion-enter Dr. Syed. He was very attentive and actively listened to my concerns that I had with my medication and questions regarding my specific diagnosis. I felt like I was able to take my time in going over different aspects of my disease and he gave me reference material and referral information for each topic along with thorough explanation and education. I am so appreciative of his excellent care and look forward to working with him again in the future.

Waa the worst experience ever with a Doctor.His young nurse so condescending I did nothing wrong other than move and was treated like a criminal because I was taking pain meds and anxiety meds. They sent me from Doc to Doc knowing no one would help me and collecting my co pays...CRYSTAL RUN and this Doc treated me worse than any other medical personnel. I am 64 and not in good health but they made my journey moving so bad I had to move back to another state to get proper care. BEWARE
