Amazing
Dr rafik Khaimov and his staff are very attentive to my children’s needs. He is very quick and gets to the point. He is always a phone call away!!! Secretary’s are great as well. Highly recommended.

Always in a rush, been with this doctor for a year now as he was the doctor they recommended at NYPQ when my baby was born. Like other reviewers say yes he doesn't push vaccines because he likes people to come in every month and charges you every month for a vaccine that should be given all together. Nurses never write the vaccines on the yellow booklet, whenever i have a question he says he'll explain later but runs out of the room within 2min thats all he spends with my baby. Also, the lack of respect from the front of the office is disgusting. Today was the last straw, I've always paid with a credit card and today all of a sudden they weren't aware they accepted cards and refused to see my baby if i didn't come up with $30 cash. Its 2020 who the hell handles cash anymore and atleast give alternatives as they didn't even bother to tell me but oh yes the 179900876 times they call you to remind you of an appointment is ok. They could've billed me after instead they refused service!

Wow what a great doctor and guy. Always smiles at the kids and makes them happy. My kids walk in giving him high five. All the doctors and staff in the office are great. Never had a better experience at the office. Takes blood, and most procedures in the office. I don't have to go anywhere. Very good at his job. We need more doctors like these

Horrible front desk staff. Unable to provide any assistance and knowledge about anything including medical records. They questioned me why I needed them. I am a healthcare administrator and this is disgusting as the low educated knowledge they have to ensure patient care isn't compromised by questioning why I need my daughters medical records is neccessary. Do not come here i will be blasting this office everywhere. Thank God I'm well known in the healthcare industry :)

The worst is the doctor doesn't spend more than 5 min with patients. And the doctor doesn't seem recognize patients based on my experience. The doctor is just so superficial. What the doctor only take care of is how many patients he can finish seeing.

Dr. Khaimov is a wonderful provider. He listens to my concerns and explains very well to me my child's condition and what I can do. I especially love that he does not resort to giving antibiotics unless necessary. Every doctor I went to would right away give antibiotics after barely examining my child even for a simple thing such as a cold. Every time we visit, our child is examined head to toe no matter what our concern is. Very thorough doctor. Also very friendly staff and office environment.

The doctor didn't recognize food intolerance in my newborn. He kept telling me it was colic, even though the baby wasn't gaining weight. I visited him 4 times in the first month. It took blood in the stool for them to mention possible food intolerance, and their solution was formula. I went to a different pediatrician. I am on a diet and the baby is catching up.

nebulizer was not useful but they said it's ok, the insurance pays for this After one week of antibiotics, the doc suggested that we put him on steroids to cure a cough! Steroids for a 1 year old! 2 second opinions suggested wait and see would be ok and he was fine after another week. everytime we go back, they say come back in 3-4 days, nice way to get steady revenue right! they also cannot stop a machine that bugs you with phone calls, despite my requests to stop, complete disregard confident
