Ex patient as of today
I called to verify an appointment. The person that answered phone was rude and raised her voice to me. As I was trying to explained she hung up on me. I am changing doctors as of today because of office staff. This is not first time I have had problem with them. I am too old to tolerate this kind of behavior.

Dismissive and Unprofessional
My wife went in for a sleep study due to her chronic fatigue. All he did was look at her form and said that she didn't have any of the symptoms his other patients have and that they come in for the opposite problem. How can a doctor who treats patients with sleep disorders over generalize his patients? And the doctor just dismissed her symptoms. Not even willing to do research into symptoms he's never seen in a patient before. The mayoclinic website has been more helpful, and the internet doesn't need a copay. If you're looking for a professional and experienced doctor, find one elsewhere.

My husband’s CPAP machine was recalled but we weren’t notified until he called complaining of odor! No call or email after being a patient of Dr. Reddy over 5 years! Phillips stated that until they made a decision on replacement that his prescribing physician was to provide an interim substitute. Dr. Reddy has been very unsupportive and has provided no assistance nor advice. My husband has been off his CPAP for a week and is falling asleep while driving which is urgent and concerning! Yet Dr. Reddys office has been of NO assistance. Do not know where to turn!!

Dr. Reddy was kind, knowledgeable and listened. He made eye contact while taking notes and took his time to understand. He even called me to give me the results and make sure he had the correct cardiologist he needed to send the results to. I really appreciated his time.

Dr. Reddy is great! A little hard to understand but he will repeat until you understand. The staff are loud and have a don't care attitude. I have been calling for three weeks to make an appointment. My call is switched to an answering service. I leave my name and number and request a call back and appointment every time. I have not hear back from them? Does anyone know if they have closed the office across from St. Vincent hospital?

I am seeing Dr. Reddy. Nice guy. He does have an accent. Seems to be knowledgable. His staff is a little loose and loud around the office. The sleep study nurse was very good.

The only people who appear to be competent and professional are Dr. Reddy and one (1) nurse/assistant. The rest of the office staff is unprofessional, incompetent, and rude. If you value your health and well-being, I would urge you to consider another physician because having to deal with this nightmare of an office staff is just not worth it.

His accent makes him difficult to understand. His staff is incompetent as they scheduled my sleep study at a date and time that was not even available. I will not be back. Hopefully St. Vincent sleep clinic has other options other than this one.....
